Looking for John Doe Vigilante mask replica

I have been wanting a replica mask from John Doe Vigilante movie for years.
None of the blank plastic masks online have the same look (specifically in the mouth and eyes)

I wanted to ask if any of you folks know where I might be able to find one, or if anyone has the skill to make one.
