Looking for help. Master Chief suit for a 5 year old.

I have currently ran into a bit of a problem. I make my sons costumes for Halloween every year with the help of pepakura and foam. This year with a new baby on the way, a recent move, and putting in more hours at the job I haven't had time to begin! If anyone can please help I would greatly appreciate and pay for it! I just need it by Halloween. That's right, I am willing to buy it if someone is willing to build it.
