Looking for Gold Leader Helmet Reference material

I was recently asked about providing some decals for the "Gold Leader", Dutch, Y-wing helmet. I've spent a good amount of time looking at screen caps, even High-Res ones. The details on his helmet are a bit dark and I wasn't able to see both sides. From all I can tell, there are the (2) Cat's Eyes (1 on each side), and at least (1) sliced Onion on the mohawk, and the checker board pattern on each side.

Does anyone have better reference material than the movie screen caps? Maybe even a collectible figure which shows that helmet?

Scott,
they are all the same decals than the Red Nine Helmet without the Tigerstripe.
They had 4 Black/Grey Victory Symbols, 2 Cat Eyes, 2 Flying Meatballs and 2
Sliced Onions (One on the front and one back on the Mohawk).All other markings are painted.

Thanks for the input guys, it is GREATLY appreciated. I'll be able to offer these with confidence now. I'm working on the "checker board" part as a decal too, but it's difficult with the helmet contours. If there was only a template for it.....
