Looking for Doom BFG9000 pictures

I might do a BFG9000 from the 2005 movie DOOM sometime in the future. But until then im looking for pictures, diagrams, blueprints, Pepakura models, Behind the scenes photos of it. Anything that could be of help.

Im really surpriced that it have not been made before.
