Looking for a part... insert/eject

I'm working on an idea for a Trek inspired prop. I want to be able to insert a ISO chip similar to camera or phone memory chip and have it "click" in and push to eject out.

I'm not sure where to start looking... any ideas? :confused

The first thing that came to mind is the locking system used on some kind of doors of furniture, the one that you push to close (and lock) and you push again to unlock...
But probably that is too big...:confused
Probably you could find one and replicate the mechanism in a smaller size... Could it be an option?

That's exactly what I used for this. A spring loaded push to open latch. They make them small enough

How about an SD card socket? Build your "chip" to fit around it, with a cheap SD card inside to provide mechanical contact.
