Finally, my first fedora is on the way. Read reviews, watched videos and decided on an Akubra Federation fedora. Should be here in about a week. Very excited!

My Akubra Federation fedora arrived today -I must say that it's an incredible hat! Very comfortable too.

Except now I need a hat stand to put it on.

Toddscostumes.com is a good beater hat and doesn't look too bad. Fairly affordable.

That being said though, you can't go wrong with Akubra Fed. I own two of them. Pretty spot on for the money and tough as nails.

for a little more money there's also Garrisonhatters.com
Penmanhats.com of course is expensive but beautiful work.

But I would never go with any "officially licensed" product for Indiana Jones as no thought to screen accuracy is ever put into those.....

It's a 57 and it's 100% fur felt.

Love seeing all the latest fedoras, other than mine. I'll be getting to sport mine later today.
