local cad and laser printer needed for avp ship parts

i live in the seattle tacoma wa area i need for a forteen inch minature of the avp predator ship [work in progress] a local cad AND A 3D PRINTER for a part, a universal part on the ship.
it is FOR THE the outrigger blade? wing ? stabelizers? [dont know pred tech terms] lol, please contact me through pm to discuss price
im fine with a wax print as long as it wont warp/ break during mold casting

for the rest of ya, the main body will be done at the end of jan 11 it is being sculpted from foam, a cast will be made , in resin were ill take over and do all the fine details.
