List of SciFi Conventions

I was blissfully unaware of any politics in conventions, but they are competing for money and resources. Many of the searches I have done usually have a bias in some way.
The internet has officially become the arena of sponsored and promoted ideas.

Has anyone found a good list or resource for scifi conventions?
