Liquid Electrical tape questions

Greetings,
So I have a questions for the people who are familiar with liquid electrical tape (LET). So I have a rubber hose with a rather small interior diameter that I need to run two wires through it. Even 20 gauge wire wont fit and I cant find any smaller gauge locally. Im running pretty low current so I stripped the wire and only used a few strands, and twisted them together. Problem is, is now I have exposed wire.
If I wrap them with regular electric tape or heat shrink, it wont fit in the rubber hose. So I was thinking about coating it in LET.
Problem I see it that, I only seen this used for small exposed connection, not whole wires. Also it was brought to my attention that the LET will soak into the twisted wires and coat them individually. But the product seems very thick, so idk if it will happen.

So would coating the wire with LET work? Or is there another method that I didnt think of? besides buying a larger hose or thinner wire.

Have you looked into the wires used for model trains? Some of those are very thin! Also, the wires they use to connect a phonograph cartridge to the shell are light gauge as well.

If the hose isn't going to flex, consider magnet wire. It's a single conductor coated with varnish. Some moderate flexing is OK, but anything abrasive will 'erase' the insulation. If you need more current than a single strand can provide, you can double/triple up without much more thickness.
.
Another possibility-- one of your insulated wires and the 2nd stripped without insulation. Would they both fit?
