Line from a movie help

Me and a coworker were talking movies and I remembered a bit of funny dialog that can't for the life of me remember from what movie and neither could he. I know it's from something well known which is why it's bothering me.

Two guys were either escaping or looking for someone or something and one of the guys touches something and says "Ouch". The other guy asked if he cut himself and the guy replies "no, got a splinter".
