LIghtsaber dimensions and ergonomics

Hey everyone, I recently bought my very first 3D printer and i thought that between more important projects i could fulfill my long dream of a custom lightsaber.

I made some sketches and today I made a rough model on the computer but seems to me like its too big, don't know, never held an accurate lightsaber, though some look a little too chunky to me. I was wondering if anyone had any measurements of different lightsaber hilts somewhere.

A Graflex is 1.5" (38.1mm) diameter. And if you add the grips it's more than 2". I think 35mm is a nice width. 37cm length is quite large, but it's a cool design!

I like the shape and all, but something seems awkward to me, can't put my finger on it though.
I´ll try somewhere around those numbers and see if it looks / feels better.
