Life Size Hellboy Prototype

hi all.

just wanted to share this. One of my clients who bought my first hellboy bust wanted to see if it was possible to convert it into a full statue.

This bust had sculpted shoulders and chest so I was alittle aprehensive at first due to the fact that i would need to cut alot away and if it didnt look right in the end, the whole bust would be ruined but with a dremel and alot of sweating, it all worked out in the end.

The one I did a few years back didn't turn out nearly as good as yours. Is the chest torso custom as well? You really captured that "barrel chest" look. :thumbsup

cheers funky, the bulk of the torso was achieved by cutting the sleeves off one of those padded superhero costumes and sticking the chest piece to the mannequin.
