life cast materials help for a Darth Maul costume?????

One of my many projects is a Darth Maul Costume. I have the costume/tunic taken care of. Saber is being worked on and I know where to get the make up. What I need help with now is where to get a Life casting kit so I can make a cast of my head so I can make stencils to apply the make up. Does any one have any leads on where I can purchase a kit for this? Any help would be great. I had one lead, but when I checked it out it was a kit to make foam latex masks. I am willing to purchase one from someone if you can get one. Living in Missouri doesn't help with my searches either. :cry

http://fxsupplies.com/ they have really good prices, for Alginate just look on the site for PGC (Prosthetic Grade Cream) and Plaster Bandages, aside from the material you want to make the casting from (Ultracal-30, Hydrocal, etc.) that's the only other thing you will need other than the supplies such as mixing bowls, rubber gloves, etc.
