i just sent a e-mail as well and they promptly got right back to me to disreguard the invoice

That sounds great, but what about if you already made the payment. Even though I was not happy about receiving another invoice so fast and sent an email stating so, I still paid it.

I did finally receive an email stating it was sent by mistake and thay they would refund the payment and a short time later, I did receive the refund.
So, I would have to say that even though I'm not happy about the mistake, their Customer Service was on the ball in getting things fixed.

Well, I sent my first payment in, but my invoice says SKU92126. Isn't that the OD Green? My order should be for the Brown Bess. :confused :confused
I ordered the Brown Bess with 6 Pay and my Invoice has SKU92116, so I think you are correct and 92126 is the OD. I also remember someone else saying 9211 was Brown Bess and 9212 was the OD Green.
You might want to email them and see what they say and see if you can change it.
That's what I feared. I've already sent Alexandra an e-mail. Thanks.

what i don't understand is it says that me payment request was canceled on pp yet they have my money according to my bank , so if its canceled then where is my first payment? , in the wind . :angry do i have to make it again ?
