Lex Luthor ID card

So, I was watching some old smallville episodes and the one with Lex's security card showed up. It rekindled my desire to finish this prop. If someone out there helps me with locating someone that can provide cut pieces of metal (aluminum preferably) and can find a well priced printer to print the graphics out on clear vinyl, they will get a free one. For the metal I was even thinking of having one of those metal business card companies sell some blanks. I just don't have the time to do this.

I'm totally up to doing a run but someone just has to help me source this stuff. And asI said, whoever does gets a free one
