I'm making a land based steampunk laser canon out of lamp parts and I want it mounted to an industrial stand. I'm leaning toward pipes but I want it to be interesting. How have you used metal and/or PVC pipes as stands or supports in your projects? I pinched some pics off the internet as examples of ideas I'm after. If you have other, simple and affordable ideas, I'd like to see those too. Let's see 'em.
