Things have been a little silent because I decided to take the plunge and remake the upper torso armor since I felt the first one was too big - this fits much closer to the way it is supposed to:

Used a base coat of Filler Primer - Grey, Then a couple layers of Plastidip - Black - Then Rustoleum Spray paint for the yellow, and then regular latex gloss black paint for details. The silver is just acrylics. This is the rough paint, still need to clean up some of the lines.
