Anyone else playing Lego Clone Wars? I've been playing it with my nephew and despite being pretty much the same it's still a lot of fun. I like the RTS style battles they put in this game. I was messing around deflecting lasers and they deflect lasers in the Prequel style instead of how Luke just stood at guard. I thought "I wonder if I could deflect them while walking away kind of like Mace Windu does and bats it behind him to hit a battledroid and it works in he game!

I also got a laugh out of the level, I think Jedi Crash, where Aayla is supposed to be backing a ship into the Star Destroyer's ventral bay and scraps the antenna on the bottom of the ship. Obi Wan and Anakin laugh and make crazy driving gestures because she's a chick. :lol

I'm digging it! I've been playing it almost non-stop. The humor is great, the puzzles are good (although some are amazingly non-intuitive), and the action is fun. And I love plowing squads of battle droids over with speeder bikes. It just makes me laugh :lol

:thumbsup

Haven't gotten it yet but planning on it soon. I just love how they incorporate signals and grunting to be the speaking side of things.

They've added some actual words to their vocabulary. Not a lot, but I can recognize a "HEY!" every now and then.

The cut scenes are hilarous, but I hate the gameplay. It's so busy in the first couple planets/levels I can barely tell what's going on. So it turned a fun, mind-engaging series into your basic button-masher. Boo. Does it get any less crowded later on?

I also hate the new split screen feature in two player mode. Totally disorienting. Having said that, I'm not much of a gamer, so being a little overwhelmed might be partly my lack of skill and not the game's fault. My kids (8 and 9) think it's the greatest thing ever!

Yeah that's one of the complaints in reviews is that a lot of times you don't know what you're supposed to be doing. I also hate the split screen. I keep complaining about it and my nephew, who's 7, said "Yeah, but now I don't get yelled at for not following you!" :lol

The other thing that bugs me after five LEGO games (including the combined SW as one since it was updated) they still don't let you use parts from every character in the thing where you can make a character. How hard would that be? They're already in the game!

The split screen can be a little problematic but I found some other options for it. You can permanently split it either horizontal or vertical. I don't know if there was an option for "trapped on a single screen" like the first few Lego games.

I'm with you on the weapons and parts. I also wish that the hub could be treated like free mode where you can cycle through characters or hit a button and select which character you want! That would have been really nice.
