So are you going to offer up some copies for the rest of us? I'd love to save myself the trouble of having to sculpt one of these out myself.

When you mold this are you going to mold the metal pieces and we'll need to paint them or will there be actual metal pieces to attach?

Wow! That's amazing. I really like the step by step. Helps a novice visualise the process. Might I ask what this Renshape stuff is and how did you umm....shape it? Are the curves ect amchined somehow?

I’m referring this quote from John on the 405th thread when this same question came up recently, I hope that helps dude.:)

Well, the material we use is called Renshape. It has a similar consistency to Bondo but is less chewy. It is primarily used for prototyping. A 16"x40"x2" board is about $650.00. This rifle uses about 65% of a board to make....
