Leathery fabric for a Joanna Dark statue

I'm looking for a shiny, thin, leathery fabric to use for clothing on a Joanna Dark statue. I want to start testing fabrics before doing the actual sculpt, since her suit will be very complex to make, I may find myself in the position of having to sculpt it onto the figure.

However I'm a perfectionist and really want to make this a fabric.

I love the fabric on the Mystique PF. Any advice, or other statues/fabrics I can look at for inspiration. Thanks.

There's this stuff Spandex World fabric Catalog - Stretch Vinyl

found a Hot Toys Black Widow Jumpsuit cheap, could possibly be a good base, and put a jacket on top of it (and open arms on the jumpsuit). Would be a lot easier to put on aswell. If not... it was a cheap experiment The jacket they did with the FHM renders

Great design that wasn't used in the final model, just a one-piece suit. They made a lot of last-minute changes to both the character and costumes... so there's some room for interpretation.
