Latex Mask Help - Any way to stretch them out?

I got a Michael Meyers "Nightmare" mask today, looks GREAT. Except, when I put it on it fits so tight that it's distorting the look of the mask. Does this latex stretch out a bit over time? Is there a way to heat it up and stretch it out? What do you guys suggest?

From my understanding it's only going to shrink a little bit as time goes on. I'm not an EXPERT, but I work with latex quite a bit. You may want to seek an alternative source for a more 'big-head' guy.
