Lasers or LEDS?

What will give you the "accurate" 3 point triangle look? I would think lasers myself but I'm not sure. I am doing a P1 Mander with a Hez bio.. Just looking for some opinions. Also has anybody gotten the laser setup from the guy off the "bay"?

Ok I have to jump in on this one. I need a high polarity Laser diode in red that can be seen @ night like the high power green lasers. Any takers on where, what kind, and how much they are?
