Laser or Water cutting suggestions?

Has anybody here used a laser or watercutting service that they would recommend in particular?

Also which service is generally cheaper?

I want to make a bunch of repeated plastic shapes and don't feel like cutting them out by hand. The pieces should be around 3/8" thick I believe. My prototype would need to have 2 different shapes cut out nine times each. Each piece is palm size.

I've never dealt with this kinda thing before and any help would be great.
