Hello All! Starting work on a Negative Man cosplay, I've read Doom Patrol since I can remember, back before the Morrison years and the DC TV show is killing it. So I thought it would be fun. I'm at the reference stage and am collecting images and ideas. Here are some of the images, I may mix this cosplay with comic and show stuff, maybe make 2 heads not sure yet. Below I'll add some of the things I'm looking at buying.

Jacket I'm Looking at. A little on the brown side, but hey, it's close and cheap-ish.

Not sure about the shirt or pants. I like the military green with the vintage holsters (which I think is cosplay, but I dig). May do that, and then the green shirt and tie with the cats eye glasses.

Also working on ideas on how best to do the head wrap. My initial thoughts are to print a spiderman face shell and create a foam back for it like a thin helmet, then wrap that. We'll see and I'll be sure to post. Anyone else working on this? Cheers.

Hi! I'm working on a cosplay of this right now — wondering if you have any tips based on how yours turned out? Cheers!

Main issue I had was my gloves were to small but I thought I could make them work, but they are really hard to get on and off. So make sure your gloves are comfortable. Also try to give yourself a little room by you mouth and at an opening, not just holes. And then go as light as you can in that area with the gauze. Yes, you want to make sure you can see through them, but man, it is HOT in there.

Hah! I bet. I just put on the coat and the turtleneck and the boots, and I was like, "oh man I'm gonna be sweating in this."

Thanks for the tips! If you don't mind, how did you end up doing the mask?
