If you don't get anyone ID'ing this part, you could try and get a membership to studioscalemodelers.com . They have a list on the forums page with sprue photos.

So does scifikitbash.com. 
Jaosn's studio scale modelers is now defunct. Last time I tried the site non responsive.
Its not delta dart f 106 Those are much different. They look more like Phantom gear
Also check the f4 skyhawk Hasegawa
The look like F4U Corsair or F6F Hellcat legs. The pegs would indicate that the gear is on an angle, the only AC I can think of, off the top of my head, that have angled gear legs, are those two. But I've been known to be wildly wrong before...
