I tried using plasti-dip on the thin roll of foam, result was not so good. It soaked up an entire can and was still not shiny.

So, are you going to make a girl version? Lol I joke, I joke! I'm making Halo armour which is handy because it has enough boob space for me The whole bikini-armour thing seems odd to me.

Hi Laam!
Just wanted to chime in... I tried that sealer spray I mentioned...NO DICE. The foam still soaks it up and it actually made my metallic spraypaint on top look more dull. I gave a separate piece a light coat in modge podge and the results were SIGNIFICANTLY better. It even allowed the metallic spraypaint to have a nice almost-reflective shine.

I'm still living at home so plasti-dips and pasti-dip spray or anything super smelly or messy are off limits for me, since you've got a whole bunch of other options though, I'm looking forward to see how your trials go!

Thanks for the heads up! I think that the sealing process is going to make or break or this project so I'm sure I'll end up testing a million different kinds.

Might just be the camera angle but it looks very skin tight on you Amanda, Will you be able to have a undersuit when it's that tight ?
