I've heard this happened to a few people and a lot of people actually take the ears off from the beginning and do them separately? I haven't run into any problems so far and they seem pretty sturdy but a little caution never hurt, thanks!
Ha <3 as nice as those are, I'm a do it yourself kinda gal ;] We'll see about an Ironette outfit come Halloween time. For now the only "sexy" costume I have in the works is a female version of Cap..

Depending on wither or not they actually cover your ear, you may want to just fill them with some foam or something.

The helmet is looking great! I think you should take the name "Ironette" before someone else does!

Seriously though, I'm very impressed! Been wanting to try my hand at an ironman pep for a while... I USED to sculpt on a smaller level when I was younger and I think it would at least be fun... even if I fail!

Laamberry is the screen name I decided to use wayyy back in the ancient days of dial-up when I was a lot lot younger sooo..I dunno what it means! But it's never taken so I've kept it around all these years
And you should definitely give it a try! It's really fun stuff and not terribly difficult to do, just time consumeing :] go for it!

Wow, Helmet looks amazing, I am started my first helmet last night, didn't realize how intense it can get lol, keep up the awesome work and I will keep watching your progress.
