Ladies and Gentlemen, feast your eyes on Vader´s Apprentice....

OK, perhaps it´s not as much a matter of feasting, you know, but I thought you guys would like it! As you can see, this is Galen Marek´s suit from the Trailer I of The Force Unleashed II.

The shirt wasn´t dyed back at the time the pictures were taken, now it´s a very dirty gray, like in the video game.

There is not ONE papercraft part in this costume, there are just THREE metal parts, and they are the two round buckles (and even then they are not as they were) and the clasp holding the middle belt. This garment took me three days to build from top to bottom, and I would very much welcome orders, should you wish. My e-mail is hermesiii gmail , so if you wish, by all means...

SO, without further ado, the pictures...

Since it´s been a while I haven´t posted, I would very much welcome your feedback and questions, folks. Again, I can make these per order...

thank you!

Hermes!

I would love to see... but my eyes can't make out what's going on in the pictures.
Might I suggest a larger size? :)

Indeed you may, thankfully I was on it even before you posted:) (again, I suck at adding image links......)

These pictures are a couple months old? I definately like those lightsabers

Actually, Master Frosteon, these pictures are five days old. I sent this guy his suit on Tuesday, it arrived on Wednesday, and he wore it on Thursday to take these pictures. The presentation was on the Saturday, and only on the Sunday he had the time to dye the shirt, hopefully he did :)

:)

If anyone has any questions on it, or even requests, by all means, post them and I´ll reply ASAP :)

Thanks a bunch, Scream! You know, I ´d have thought people would have at least posed a question or two. I think I´m making some easy costumes here.

Meh :)

I am still not happy with the shirt either.... I am quite proud of the suit, however, it kinda screws all of the effect. Can any Photoshop genius do the favor of reworking this shirt so it looks as good as you guys would expect it to?:)

And thanks , MC!!

You may also want to weather the clothing. You have a good base, but Starkiller never looked so clean.

Good job. I look forward to updates.

man thats lookin good.
i agree with oni warlord, get that weathered distressed look & you'll be dialed.
the sabers look dialed too, very nice man.

Did someone say photoshot? :ninja

Ah, what 2 hours out of boredom can do.

MAN! I kinda had said PhotoshoP, but MAN If with Photoshot you can do that, I imagine with Photoshop what you could do!! Congrats!

And thanks, it was a huge improvement! (I can see Rabbitooth already coming over in some minutes to check this out....)

Thanks for the complement.

I personally love Photoshop. I use it all the time making a lot of stuff for art, work, fun. It gets to the point where shots like this become easy to do. Heck, half the work was done for me because the wall behind you was blank and a bright solid color. Had I given myself 3 hours, I would of cleaned up the edges more. :angel

Actually, the wall behind my buddy :) I only wish I was THAT slim! HAHAHAHA! Heck, I may very well weigh double his own weight :)

(then again, one and a half times is kinda granted....)

I am really jealous.
That is a awesome costume. How did you you do the large shoulder armor piece? I already finished the small one and my belt is almost done. Will post the progress soon.
