i remember years ago seeing a tutorial about making eyes blink from a puppeteers stand point. Kind what Jack is talking about

OK, got him (or is it a her?!) finished. :thumbsup

I painted it up with greens, browns and a little blue and yellow and then hotglued some lichen (which I pulled off a tree in the garden) onto it.

I think it looks rather nice next to my 'Allo Worm:

I love love LOVE Labyrinth. You totally inspired me to try to be creative and make the eyes. When this time comes I might pick your brain a little so please don't mind. You did an awesome job! Very impressed.
