Kylo Ren help.

Hi everyone,

I am looking for an affordable option for both a Kylo Ren Lightsaber and helmet. I want a nice, screen accurate display. I don't want to spend $200 plus unfortunately. I'm in college and have an injury so expensive is not the goal.

Can anyone recommend the best combination of the two items at an affordable price. Wether it be customs here on rpf or hasbro products or anything.

I would really like the helmet to look realistic and metal like the black series helmet, just wondering if there is a cheaper option with no voice modding box? (Life size / 1:1 scale)

I would also really like the lightsaber to light up and for the plastic of the blades to be jagged. I think the fx sabers smooth lightsaber plastic takes a lot away from the piece.

First you need the BS Kylo Helmet.It looks very accurate and is cheap.But you should work a little with this one to make it screenaccurate.
About the saber...I have both,the Disneystore Version and the BS FX saber...I prefer the BS FX because its made from metal and the blades and sound are really accurate.
So if you want it more accurate you will need more as 200$ for your Kylo Ren Display.300$ would be more realistic.

Or you go the cheap with the disney saber and the very big Rubies helmet.But thats not the best way.

Not that I have either, but from what I've seen the Disney store saber looks more accurate size wise to the actual prop. There's a thread on the Custom Saber Shop forum titled "Kylo Ren Econo board" or similar which details replacing the leds, whilst keeping the staggered ignition. I would also agree on the BS helmet in being the most accurate, cheapest, and least mod intensive work to get screen accuracy.
