Kylo Ren 3d printed saber

I bought a 3d printed kylo saber for 15 dollars free ship off ebay. I was not really sure what kind of quality I would get for that price and figured worse case scenario I would give it to my 10 year old son. I was more than pleasantly surprised when it showed up today and wanted to share this with you all.

it is light weight, and of course it needs sanding and cleaning. But for the price, it's a nice project.

I ordered the xtc 3d print coating. I would like to give it a try on this saber before using it on some other 3d parts I have. Once I get it I will post some wip photos. This should be fun. It took about a week for him or her to complete the order however very fast shipping

Go very thin with the HTC, otherwise you'll lose a good bit of detail

Thanks for the tip. I have never used this before. Maybe I will try it first on the bottom first.
