Kurgan sword case, from the film, complete relplica using original film prop

thats correct, i have it... in hand :) who wants to see?

Peter Davis and Russell Mulcahy chatted to get the case replicated and fixed up.. so MR. Davis called me and then MR. Mulcahy sent me the original screen used sword box.. its so fracken heavy, 31 lbs total.. its huge.. the sword is by far heavier than anyother ive held. its aluminum and steel and the spikes are on a spring lock system... that is broken i might add... the blade was one solid part cut in half with a locking part welded to one side... the brief case insides are solid wood, not partical board... curshed velvet attached to the wood. anyway im working on measurments now...

i will be replicating this which will be available to the public, im not putting the prices on this so i cant help anyone there lol like teh chakrams and kurgan helmets, i will offer these on my site also, and trust me when i say if you buy anything that i make from Davis Panzer, your gonna get it...

I am incredibly envious, although from all the Highlander repros I've seen of yours on this site it makes sense you are the man for the job.
Thanks for sharing the photo.

Frikkin' awesome. I always loved that sword and the scene in the movie involving the "cased" version of it.

@Irish

In the first post, showing the original Kurgan sword, is the black snake skin the original wrapping on the grip?
