Wow, I just saw that you were working on a General Kael Costume. I'm in the middle of making one myself.

The Kurgan is something a close friend of mine has been working on, and he totally fits the character.
As for General Kael, it has been done by us, the helmet so accurately you might even say that it's been cast off of the original :ninja

I did a small run of them. They were sculpted by Pete Mander.
The mold is gone, but I do have a casting that, with a little fixing up, could certainly have some silicone poured over it.
I won't do it without his permission though.
There would also have to be a number of people interested, not just one or two.

I'll try to post some pic's of the Hangar 18 version. We have only done a limited run for close contacts. I will discuss with Nick (the project owner) to see if he wants to offer a limited run.
