He has a thread with a bunch of star wars pep files on it. and I have seen that armor, I don't know who sells it, or if you can even buy it. Let use know if you find out I would love to have a set.

Kevin's stuff @ Imperial Surplus is top notch. The TOR armor on his site was commissioned by LFL for E3 in 2009.
