on the all plastic version of the KJ works glock 23 gas gun. does it have some decent heft to it ??? im making a film and am thing about getting full metal versions but if the abs version look as real and have a decent weight to them i might opt for them due to price.

which brings me back to my question does it function and feel/look similar to the ones with the metal slide??

Not sure about the KJ brand but I have a KSC with both slides and the heft is close to the same and the slides are actually swappable on the same pistol.

Get a KSC Glock, the KJW, from what I hear on ArniesAirsoft Forum, has a lot of problems and I have had a KSC glock for a year and it's still running really strong. Or if your don't care to the Trades on the slide, you could get a KWA, they have metal slides and are cheaper. But their the same as KSC.
Let me know if you have any other problems.

i found a ksc glock 17 on www.airsoft-war4.com but i dont know if it has a metal or a plastic slide

now do the plastic ones feel and look as good as the metal ones??

Well all the glocks are plastic(just like the real one) it's just the frame. There is a difference, Metal slides sound better when firing and theres more of a blowback to it. I've never seen that store before, I always shop at Airsoft Extreme, they are very helpful and have a lot of things I cant find elsewhere. If you want it to very realistic, You should either get the Tokyo Marui or KWA Glocks and then get a metal slide too that has all the Trades and it'll feel awesome when fired.:). I havent tried them, but I've only heard very good things about the Tokyo Marui G17. Knowing from past experience, TM has never a unreliable gun, and their stuff is top notch, and the best.

Haha sorry for the long reply
