At least it has a happy ending... and it took me a couple times to actually get through it. The first time, I stopped it halfway through and was like "I can't..."

As a person that has eight pets...six cats and two dogs...all of which are rescued, including one cat that was found as a stray by myself, and another that was brought to our vet as a stray kitten, I will proudly say that I watched this short through blurry eyes.

That’s a tear jerker. Huge animal lover and all my pets have been rescues too. I see people do that to these poor dog so often it’s heart breaking.
