A heads up for the tri-state area crew. This coming Saturday (8/6), Film Forum in NYC has the original King Kong and Tarzan and His Mate as a double feature as part of their pre-code festival. That means both films will have the original naughty bits restored, including Johnny Weissmuller and Maureen O’Sullivan swimming nude and Kong pulling Fay Wray’s clothes off and sniffing her (oh, you naughty boy!).
