I'm probably going to change out the eyes to not make him look so much like Bender. Bender is a great design, and I don't want to look like I'm ripping him off.

Pretty neat, but the resemblance to Bender is a bit too much. Maybe use some large vacuum tubes for the eyes. You could hook up the tubes to power so they'll glow. The mouth is pretty cool too, or you could make it look like the door to an old cast-iron pot-bellied stove. Change the lighting color to red and he'd look coal-fired. Whatever you do, I can't wait to see where you take it.

I donno, I think bender is a pretty generic retro looking robot. So I dotn think there's anything wrong with another robot looking slightly like him. Great job.

Don't worry, it's not going to look like Bender. I have a few things to add to the head that will remove some of the Benderness.
