Kids Clone Trooper Help

My brother in law has a friend who asked me this.

I need someone to build a functional clone trooper costume for a 7 year old boy. Looking at the Halloween costumes they put out I just cant bring myself to buy them at 90 dollars because they are junk. He is BIG into the clone troopers (and yes the originals too) and has wanted a full dress suit for a long time. He really likes commander cody (dirty one) but has also taken a liking to captain fox or commander bly.

Anyone here have any clue if these are available or any makers here on the board?

A funtional suit can be made pretty cheaply out of foamies.



If you are even more creative, get inspiration from One End's child Boba Fett. It's pretty impressive. Look closely at the materials he uses.

allot of good info Looks very good all of it. I am still happy with my sons kids armor.
