kiddie Jango fett costume help needed

Hello all,

A while back I noticed on one of these boards a member did a child size jango fett costume out of a thin foam style product that can usually be found in craft stores. If anyone has any help they can offer I'd greatly appreciate it. A friend fo mine is looking to do this for his son for halloween.

I used the Jango Fett accessory pack from Rubies that includes a soft foam/cloth vest and mask. I traced the armor design imprinted on the foam vest. I used the tracing(s) and cut out armor using Sintra plastic. I painted, weathered etc. and glued the armor pieces back onto the foam vest.
I then painted the mask as well. I found an old olive drab jacket and made a cape, which I attached to the vest. I did not bother with a jet pack or bracers.
The outit was completed with tan cargo pants and more Sintra knee armor.

Rubies now has a "deluxe" Boba Fett costume which looks pretty good for kids.
