This is the beginning of my so many projects. I am beginning with the sabers and then finishing up my scratch built E11 ANH blaster.
This is my TFA tribute starting with Rey. I bought a scratch and dent kit from TCSS and finished it off with parts from Roy at wannawanga.com. I rubbed it down and did some minor weathering

Next is anikan Starkillers TFA Luke saber.

And of course I had to do a family photo. This is parks mpp and I haven't done anything to it yet. I'm waiting for Roys shroud to become available again.

This is my scratch build E11. It's all aluminum with the exception of a couple resin parts being the muzzle, rear butt catch and magazine as well as barrel and bolt. The bolt came from DDAY and the other resin parts from members of whitearmory.net The grip is a real Sterling part
This is still WIP but almost there.

some of the E11 pics are dark so here are some I took from my builder log on FSID outside.

this one is complete. I made it for my son. this is a pipe detail kit from doodydoos.com all resin and the pipe is 1 1/4 pcv. He would not let me weather his. He said he wants it to look new. Oh well!

That's all for now. Many more to come. Projects include, stormtrooper helmet kit, Dl44 denix conversion with todds custom parts kit,
Also my vader, boba and kylo rubies upgrades.

Thanks guys. Actually I failed to list all of my projects. Left out the nicksdad hero, Romans Graflex, my son's solo blaster, and I don't know how I forgot poor r2d2

Needless to say, I will not be taking on any new projects till these are done. The sabers are mostly painting with some assembly. The E11 just needs a little more work. R2 will be the priority after. I will share that soon enough. The full build log is on astromech.com and he's really not too far off as far as finishing the body. I bought the helmets because they can be hard to get or find. The stormtrooper kit is from ATA and also has a kit for inside the helmet.

So I guess that why I Called this thread the scatter build. Lol

I have the same problem, you say NO MORE then a rare run opens up and you have to join it. It's a vicious cycle

This is side by side comparison of kylo black series and target

So, as you can see, there are a few differences, notably how the helmets attach. They are both two piece helmets. The black series one would be easier to modify by filling the seams however, this was a birthday gift and I don't really want to modify it and insult my wife because it was from her. The target one has a terrible seam so that will be more complicated to make a one piece however, this was a cheaper helmet so I feel I have more liberties as far as a full modification. I plan on lining the inside with fiberglass and seeing where it takes me.

I posted a thread earlier about the 3d printed Kylo saber. I also bought a 3d printed obiwan a few months ago. So here they both are in my spray booth with a coat of XTC 3d print coat on them. I still have the bottom to do for Kylo. This stuff has to dry.

I have other 3d printed parts but they are for my R2D2 and I haven't worked on them yet because they parts to the dome. My dome is still in the box while I finish the body first. He is mobile but I took him apart to finish the body work and paint.

Its nice to have days off. I usually work 6 days a week so not much time to play however I had Saturday off so I cleaned my work shop. It was long overdue. After cleaning I decided to work on my 3d printed sabers. I just bought a clamp from roman and the card. Both of which you suggested so thanks in advance for that. Onto the stencils. As far as the helmet goes, you can't beat the price to modify it. It's fun to play with none the least. I have the trooper as well as fett.

The one good thing about having multiple projects is you don't have to wait for parts or supplies that can hold you up. There's always something I can do, while waiting on my sabers to dry, I pulled out this target trooper and began on the seam. I glued it together using ABS weld. Also filed down my seam before filling. This insures a nice tight seam and easier to fill with much less time and effort.

And with my filler added.

yes, it in there.
Question? These vent grooves. Are they supposed to be cut out all the way?

Lol, didn't you see the picture above with all my projects stacked on. R2s legs are on the bottom. I'm more like a squirrel storing nuts for the winter. This will keep me for awhile.

i can't get ahead of myself like that. i already have too many projects uncompleted. R2 being the biggest, then my proton pack I've been building for... 4 years? and probably 3-4 other BTTF props..

if i had all those projects on the shelf it would be to anxiety provoking lol

I can understand that. It may seem like alot of projects, but it's really not. For the most part, I have held true to my original goals for props that I would like to have. I just stocked up and bought what was available seeing how some of this stuff is hard to get or limited. I also stuck to or went below my budget so that's good in a way. Selling some to buy is another practice of mine. Once I get my vinyl cape jawa back from afa, it will allow me to pay for romans obiwan and a couple other items I have my eyes on.

My original props goal was the 4 sabers from the original trilogy, the E11 stormtrooper ANH blaster, Han's DL44 ANH blaster and a few helmets, Vader, Boba, Stormtrooper and a snowtrooper. I still don't have the snowtrooper, if it comes up, then I will see. I am working on getting romans obiwan as well.

I did go slightly off track with the Kylo and First order trooper helmet, but they are target ones, also the 3d printed kylo saber as well as Rey and Lukes tfa versions. Those 2 are finished.

R2D2 will be an ongoing deal until he's finished. I'm not going to rush through any of it. My attitude towards all of this is, it can take 6 months or 6 years. It's fun, I can work on what ever piece I choose, if I get stuck or am waiting on materials, I can do something to the next piece.

No worries, all fun! Besides, everyone likes watching a fool from time to time, lol!
