Kelvin Phaser

Just completed my Kelvin Phaser kit I bought from Dave G.

This was the first time I had worked with metallizer paints. Practiced a bit on scrap before getting down to business. I am happy with the way this turned out.

I am just bout to paint two of them.

What paints do you use?

I used Model Master:

Aluminum Non-Buffing Metalizer on the handle.

Brass Non-Buffing Metalizer on the trigger and exhaust (?).

Aluminum Plate Buffing Metalizer on the barrel, pin under barrel, release button, and knobs.

Gunmetal Buffing Metalizer on the Phaser 2 body.

And a combination of the Gunmetal and Aluminum plate on the Phaser 1

All sealed with Model Master sealer.

Also was one of my first paint jobs with an airbrush. Had lots of fun.
