Getting rave reviews over on COW. For 99 bucks, I figured I can't go wrong.

For those not familiar, it's the Raiders Jacket, but evidently with flaws from the manufacturer. Todd's nicknamed it Bantu Wind because of the large shoulder yoke area and it matches the look of the jacket in a pic of Indy waiting dockside for the Bantu Wind freighter in Raiders.

Made of Lamb.

Will post pics when it arrives if anyone is interested.

Very interested! I've thought about ordering one as well but haven't bitten the bullet on it yet. Would be interested to hear your opinion on the look, leather, etc.

Just got it.

I own several leather jackets and this one just became my favorite. Light enough for most year round use.

Has that classic Raiders look and the grain is perfect. Will post pics soon.

I feel bad for Todd that he had to get a run of jackets so wrong - but happy he was able to turn a negative into a positive.
I own one of Todd's jackets and wear it on mild days, however I recently "upgraded" my Indy gear with a Wested Raiders jacket and now that is my standard Indy jacket. Gotta love Todd's stuff though, he offers great quality gear at unbeatable prices.

Helmet, any idea how it compares to the USA wings jacket in terms of SA? I have a hero (I think...it came out last year?) version from them in naked cowhide as I was concerned about the durability of goat or lamb. Love the US Wings, but it's a bit heavy for spring/summer in the woods, and I nearly pulled the trigger on one of Todd's instead. Love to pick one up for myself...

From what I have read over on COW, it's pretty screen accurate. It really does look good. When I wear it, it reminds me of Indy going into the Temple at the beginning of Raiders.

Sits at the waist perfectly. I can find absolutely no flaws in it. Todd's advertises that it is a little large in the yoke area and some stitching my have come loose. None of that on my jacket.

I'm really close to pulling the trigger on one of these. I've owned just about every make of Indy jacket, and Todd really nails the look and fit of the Raiders jacket.
Hell, $99 bucks is a great price, too. Can't beat that with a bat.

I already have four jackets, I needed another like a hole in the head.

But I ordered one anyway. Who can resist? :)

Welp...I went ahead and grabed one last week, showed up two days ago (to Canada!!!! I LOVE dealing with Todd's!!!!!). It's just become my favorite jacket, and thanks for the heads up on these, DH! I picked up a second quality in large, and can report that there is no reason in the world NOT to own one of these jackets! Fit is bang-on, the leather is nice and teeny-tiny pebbly just like it should be, buttery soft already, and in a deep chocolate brown - gorgeous. Even my wife likes it (she does not care for my US Wings Cowhide, to put it mildly). They stickered the spot where apparently there was the issue that made this a second instead of first quality jacket, but honestly, I have no idea what Todd is pointing out there; possibly one stitch at the bottom corner of the pocket is loose? Maybe?
There are two niggles which I would point out which keep it from being perfect. First, the jacket sits a little too high at my waist, as in RIGHT at my waist, whereas I would like it to be an inch longer. Nothing against Todd, just my bizzaro torso. Maybe I can stretch it a bit? Second, the slides on the adjustment straps are black plastic, and will bear replacing.
Other than that, yep, go ahead and grab one of these while they last - you won't be sorry.
