I thought it was another movie? Maybe I just have Logan's Run on my mind since I just bought a costume from the tv series.

I saw this when you first posted it and immediately thought of Logan's Run like everyone else (the Stickmen) but knew it wasn't that old. Now I think it has a bit of a A.I. feel to it.

I'm fairly sure it isn't blakes 7 as I've just rewatched the whole thing recently.

I just had a quick look at space precinct I didn't see that style and the police vehicles are a light blue. I watch Dr Who quite often but I don't remember anything like this.
