This listing is for a set of Robert Muldoon costume components. All that's needed besides these items is stone-colored shirt/shorts in your size. This kit includes the following components:
- Boots. These are WWII-style dual buckle boots, in US size 12. These types of boots were originally made for US soldiers in the Pacific Theatre, with raised gaiters to protect from snakebites and poisonous tropical flora/fauna. This particular pair of boots was made in the same factory that supplied the US Army throughout WWII. They're made of top-quality material and Goodyear-welted. These are as sturdy and authentic as they come. They were worn once, indoors, so everything is clean and as-new.
- Hat. This hat was made by Dorfman-Pacific (who I believe made the screen-used hat). It's a size Medium, but these run larger than usual. I normally wear a Large, and this fit me perfectly. It's been lightly used, but it's clean and without defects.
- Vest. This is a vintage J Peterman hunting vest, in size Large. This is the closest possible vest I've seen, and I believe the costume designers used this as their template. It has the signature "half moon" patterns in the front, which are actually inner pockets for carrying small game. The color is exactly the same as Muldoon's. The only difference I can see is that the screen-used vest has ammo loops sewn into the sides.
- Holster. This is a genuine Vietnam-era US Army Holster in black leather. It's designed to fit 1911-style pistols, and it's the exact style worn by Muldoon for his sidearm.
- ID Tag. This is a tag I had custom-made. A high-quality scan of his ID photo has never been publicly released. So instead, I found a decent photo of Bob Peck posing for a portrait, and used Photoshop to make it look like an ID photo. It's not screen-accurate, but at least it looks like a real ID. And the other elements of the ID are 100% screen-accurate, making this the best replica I've seen.
