my first time crafting a prop this big it was almost too ambitious as I had no tutorial/guide and did a lot of guess work. It was a purely for fun project, though I did bring him along to Anime Revolution. His neck fan skin needs to be repainted. I started out with a bunch of nonsensical misc, though his base is a crow puppet which I kept the inner part intact so his mouth can be used puppet style from the back. His nick name is Ajusshi Junior. The foam was fun to work with and easy to craft. He was colored with various spray paints and I used mother of pearl 'tooth shells' or fang shape for his teeth. Used a mix of old purses/leather textured pants and raised textured wallpaper for some of his scales.
