2 years later... I finally managed to remove disassemble my swiss knife! I literally had to saw the top part in pieces to get through the bits, and then had to saw the pins themselves as they were in one piece -.-! Anyway, no wonder why nobody ever made a tutorial to disassemble these xD
Anyway, after a few coats of painting and rusting effect, and a lot of knots, I have finally finished Alan's necklace xD

Could anybody help me identify or invent the text that is in the cliffside leaflet? I'm trying to figure this out, but I feel it sounds weird so far x)
This is what I did so far:
Parrish Hall remains the cornerstone of the Cliffside
School for Boys. This building provides (sleeping quarters for each)
boy, allowing for comfortable learning environments at the Parrish Hall.
Also, the page on the right, I think it talks about a church building?

That's definitely a "th" after "provides".

This one says:
The chapel is both literally and figuratively at the heart of the school. The building sits at the top of the school site commanding a magnificent view of the Parrish Hall and is where the entire school meets together four times a week. The main chapel service is on Friday afternoons and rounds off the school week. On three other days there is a morning service. One Friday service in each half-term is Holy Communion and at least one other is planned and led by pupils. The annual Service of Remembrance, held on the Friday before Remembrance Sunday, is a particularly poignant occasion as we remember the dead and pray for peace.
Each term we hold a service in the Cathedral, and we also go there for our annual Christmas Service of Lessons and Carols. Parents and friends are welcome at these Cathedral services, in which pupils are encouraged to play an active role.

Okay, so I guess I finished my leaflet? I'm quite happy with it, knowing there's so much little that we know about it, and with the poor screenshots I got, I guess it's the best I can do. If anybody wants the file, let me know, took me the whole afternoon to make this (counting research and all) x)
