Criteria 1. Around 50 coins or somewhat over. Criteria 2. When 50 coins is reached, Payment will be collected.

After payment, the order will be placed and likely sent to me within 3 weeks (ish)
When I receive them, I'll send them out. USA should receive them in around 1 week. International delivery can be 1 to 4 weeks delivery depending on many factors. With 2-3 weeks being typical.

Yes every coin from Jintosh comes in an individual clear plastic pouch. I believe that is how recieves them.
