Here is what I found off of FISD.

You will need to paint otherwise the shades of white will not match. (Who knew white had various shades??) The paint you will need to use so your armor matches the helmet is Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2x UltraCover Paint+Primer in gloss white. Or at least, that's what the alphas were told to use so the ABS will match the helmet.

So far, paint chipping isn't an issue. Thoughts seem to vary on clear coating.

Question... I am 5' 10" tall 160lbs ... what is the length of the shortest measurement and the longest on the thigh section? Also the right thigh area for the pistol holster area, does your look like this?

This is some amazing work, I would love to be added to the waiting list. How many runs are you planning on doing?

As many as i can, i guess. Doing this mainly to help out my fiberglass guys as they really need the work. So as long as i can handle the stress levels of this plus my day job, plus being a dad to two little boys, (and as long as the big D doesn't mind), this can be considered an unlimited run. for now. Wait list is roughly up to June. Sending you a PM in a bit.

Armor kits #9-12 now on hand.

There is a bit of a delay with casting the 28 pc finger and wrist armor for the Phasma kits though. So i have your main armor, helmets, and everything else except the fingers on hand.

Shipping 2 fotk kits as well as a set of gaskets and a replacement shoulder later today or tomorrow morning.

Holster image from an earlier picture of Jim in the FO Armor. Unless something has changed. Maybe it's not included since it looks to be mounted externally.

Anybody on the fence about this armor should get themselves onto the list asap. Received my set today and although I've only given it a brief once over it looks incredible. I'm 6'1 and around 220lbs and it looks as though it's going to be a good fit for me. Highly recommended.

totally agree , my stuff turned up today and it look awesome I cant believe how flexi the kit is !!
I will give everyone a tip though , don't get over excited like I did, and try all the bits on for size without washing them first fiberglass is itchy kids

I got also the big box today while i miss the postman yesterday.
Breast, back and belly part are amazingly flexible. Great with my Fat belly
Legs or arms are solid and fit even NFL like junior defense player shape...okay due to my biceps i will need someone to put my helmet on my head because without customing got C3P0 limit LoL
Now lot of works on, from paint to harness.
Pouches are perfect.

I just unboxed mine, So cool I could actually step on the armor and not break it, very flexible!!
I will be doing a build thread but not for a couple weeks, can't wait!!!!
