JFoam Arkham Origin Batcowl build questions

Hi guys
I am working on this for a friend. Got a couple questions though,
1-For scaling, I am not sure if I should add the thickness of the foam when scaling
2-Do I need to cut a lot of the pieces with a bevel?

If you are going to change the scale, then yes you need to add in the thickness of the foam also. I got lucky and didn't have to change the scale at all. As far as beveled edges, I only did it at the nose and the ears.
